Susan's Art Camp is a 5-day fine arts camp, that is a great opportunity to discover and develop your children's talent. She will teach how to realistically draw and paint portraits, animals, and landscapes, also exploring still life, collage, cartooning, and using the imagination. The camps are limited to 8 in size. So your child will get lots of individual attention. Camps are tailored to your children's individual interests, tastes, and ability levels within the project scheme for the camp.

Susan is a professional artist as well as teacher with a BFAA in painting from Boston University She has taught both public and private schools for over 30 years, and is able to teach basic, as well as advanced techniques.

You will be amazed at how your child's self confidence and ability improves with Susan's direction.

We will use a variety of media and projects tailored to the abilities and interests of each camper. Location: Adventist Elementary School 3990 NW 1st, Gresham OR 97030 < Hide Yellow Camp Cost: $75.00 Description: You'll be encouraged to draw and paint realistically during this fun camp. We will use a variety of media and projects tailored to the abilities and interests of each camper. Location: Adventist Elementary School 3990 NW 1st, Gresham OR 97030 < Hide Green Camp Cost: $180.00 Description: In this fun camp, students will learn how to draw with perspective. They will realistically shade objects to give a three dimensional appearance. We'll be working from direct observation of still life as well as learning from the Masters to create beautiful pieces of art. This camp will include a choice of making either a collector's plate or a mosaic stepping stone. The last day of camp students will host an art show for parents and family to attend. Location: Susan's House of Art 3700 SE 119th Ave, Portland OR 97266 < Hide Blue Camp Cost: $180.00 Description: In this camp, we will be learning how to realistically draw portraits and figures of people and animals. We'll have fun exploring many different media and learn proportions, shading and design. We will be using our imagination to help create beautiful pieces of art, as-well-as learning from the Masters. This camp will include a choice of making either a collector's plate or a mosaic stepping stone. The last day of camp students will host an art show for parents and family to attend.
